You write. We answer. Quickly.

Within one business day you'll hear from a real person with either a time for the 20-minute call or an honest “not our sort of project.” After the call, one fixed fee arrives in writing, from $640 for a letter of inquiry. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Does the first call cost anything?

No. Twenty minutes, no invoice. If it turns out we're not a fit, you still leave with a better idea of who might be.

I'm not sure which funder to target. Is that okay?

Perfectly. Funder research is half of what we do, and the funding strategy package (a flat $3,975) exists for exactly that question.

We have a deadline next week. Too late?

Tell us the date when you write or call. We'll say yes or no the same day, and we won't pretend a two-week job fits in three days.

Can we meet in the evening?

Yes. Evenings are by appointment; mention it in your note and we'll find a time.
